Beginning Clockwise from the upper left hand image:

Aerial Photo #1 (Top Left):  This aerial photo is of Vaca Cut which is the gateway or the first island you see while flying or driving to Marathon Florida.  The water mass you see located on the right side of this image is know as Florida Bay.

Aerial Photo #2 (Top Right):  The next aerial photo is of the famous Sombrero Lighthouse which is located on #1 rated diving and snorkeling living coral reef in the United States, Sombrero reef.  Sombrero reef is located a short boating distance from our vacation home rental properties on Sombrero Beach Rd.

Aerial Photo #3:  This aerial photo is of the world renown (7) seven mile bridge.  This is the view as you exit the west end of Marathon Florida on your journey to Key West only 40 miles away!.  A drive across 7 mile bridge is arguably the most beautiful and scenic trip across the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf Coast in America.  The Atlantic Ocean is on your left and the Gulf is on your right.

Aerial Photo #4  This aerial photo is of a tiny group of islands only a short boating distance off of the coast of Marathon Florida.  These islands serve as habitats for exotic wildlife such as the miniature Florida Key Deer.  They are a common destination for private getaways and renown for their topless and nude beaches.

Underwater Photo #5:  This is an underwater photo featuring the living coral Sombrero Reef.

Kayaking: A great way to navigate around the Florida Keys and see an intimate close up of the wildlife, mangroves, manatee, and deserted islands is by Kayak!  Numerous boat rental businesses in the Florida Keys and Marathon Key rent kayaks.  If your the more adventurous type, these same boat rental businesses also rent Jet skis that provide a faster way to explore the numerous waterways and islands in the Florida Keys
