Abbreviated Policies
Rates INCLUDE 25 feet of Dockage per unit rented (up to 50' maximum)
Rates do not include 11.5% sales tax
Rates do not include surcharges of $50 per pet, per week
Rates do not include additional guest charge of $20 per person per night
Cancellation Policy: Weekly reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties. Monthly reservations must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties. You will be charged a $200 cancellation fee if you do not cancel via email, phone, or fax by the cancellation deadline. Cancellations for early departure does not warrant refund of rent or deposit. No refunds for early departures or late cancellations. The rate information provided, though deemed accurate, is not guaranteed.
